The product will be shipped to the address you specified when placing your order. We will ship it as a parcel via courier and support cash on delivery. Delivery time depends on your chosen destination. Unavoidable delays may occur due to force majeure.

① Q: When will my order be shipped?

We process and ship orders Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Orders placed over the weekend will be automatically processed on Monday (the first business day of the week).

Please understand that slight delays may occur in case of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

② Q: When will I receive my package?

We usually prepare and ship your package within 1 to 7 business days after receiving your order.

The package will arrive within 7 to 25 business days after shipment.

③ Q: What should I do if the product is lost or damaged in transit?

If you find the product damaged or missing upon receipt, we recommend that you review our return policy and contact us as soon as possible to process a return!
